Commitment to the Organization’s Mission
Applicants must share our dedication to sustainable development, education, research, and social empowerment. Members are expected to actively contribute to our initiatives, uphold our values of independence, integrity, and inclusivity, and work towards a just and progressive society.2
Professional or Academic Background
While we welcome individuals from diverse fields, preference is given to those with experience in education, research, community development, or social advocacy. Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of their respective fields and a willingness to collaborate on projects that benefit the community.3
Ethical and Independent Conduct
Members must operate with transparency, neutrality, and professionalism, free from any political, sectarian, or ethnic biases. They are expected to respect human rights, support diversity, and engage in constructive dialogue to promote knowledge-sharing and development.4
Active Participation and Contribution
Applicants should be willing to actively engage in the foundation’s programs, research initiatives, conferences, and outreach activities. Members must contribute their skills and expertise to further the organization’s objectives and participate in regular meetings, discussions, and collaborative efforts.5
Compliance with Legal and Organizational Policies
As a legally recognized NGO under Law No. 12 of 2010, all members must adhere to internal policies, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations governing the organization’s operations. Violations of these policies may result in termination of membership.6
