Publication Policy:

Manuscripts accepted for publication will be published as open-access articles, immediately free to read, download, and share. for more information please refer to the N A. Foundation Press publishing policies.

Average Submission Time:

The average submission to the first decision is 2 weeks.

Plagiarism Screening Policy:

N A. Foundation Press strictly prohibits plagiarism. Submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software to identify overlapping and similar texts by editors and reviewers.

Criteria for Acceptance:

The primary criteria for acceptance and publication are scientific rigor and the potential to advance the field. Authors must adhere to established specifications, as failure to do so may result in delays or rejection.

Manuscript Submission:

All papers submitted to N A. Foundation Press must follow the provided guidelines. Failure to comply may lead to manuscript return and potential publication delays. Manuscripts submitted online, and all pages should be sequentially numbered in the upper right-hand corner, starting with the title page.

ORCID Requirement:

The submitting author must provide an ORCID iD during article submission, as part of our commitment to assisting authors throughout the publication process.

Covering Letter:

A submission template for a cover letter is available within the submission system.

Conflict of Interest:

Authors must declare all relevant conflicts of interest between the Acknowledgments and References sections. A conflict of interest declaration form will be provided during the initial manuscript submission, and the corresponding author is responsible for collecting completed forms from all authors.

Ethical Considerations:

Authors must confirm that the research protocol has been approved by an Ethics Committee and complies with relevant regulations. Human subjects research must include a statement of informed consent and patient privacy must be protected. Ethical approval for animal trials must also be obtained.

Manuscript Structure:

Manuscripts should follow a specific order:

  1. Title page.
  2. Abstract.
  3. Keywords.
  4. Introduction.
  5. Materials and Methods.
  6. Results.
  7. Discussion.
  8. Conclusion.
  9. Acknowledgments.
  10. Conflict of interest.
  11. Reference.

Word Count:

The word count for each article category is specified, including allowances for various sections such as abstracts, figure legends, and references:

The number of words allowed for each article category should not be exceeded. The word count for the Original Article includes the title page, abstract, and figure legends. The title page, abstract, references, and figure legends are all included in the word count for the other article categories.

  1. Original article length: up to 5000 words (excluding references), plus a 250-word abstract. There are no restrictions on the number of tables and figures that can be included.
  2. A review paper should be 4000-5000 words long (with up to 80 references), with a 250-word abstract and 4–6 tables or figures in total.
  3. Mini-reviews are summaries of recent insights in specific research areas within the scope of the Journal.
  4. Short communications are suitable for the presentation of research that extends previously published research, including the reporting of additional controls and confirmatory results in other settings, as well as negative results.
  5. A letter to the editor (sometimes abbreviated LTTE or LTE) is a letter sent to a publication about issues of concern from its readers. In academic publishing, letters to the editor of an academic journal are usually open post-publication reviews of a paper, often critical of some aspect of the original paper.


All references should be numbered sequentially and cited in numerical order in the text. Vancouver style referencing should be used, including DOI for each reference.

  1. Read the Journal's Guide for Authors and make sure that the manuscript (text, tables, and figures) meets Journal requirements.
  2. The manuscript contains the main sections outlined in the Journal's Guide for Authors.
  3. Spell-check the Manuscript.
  4. All authors must read the Ethics in publishing, Plagiarism prevention, Violation of publication ethics, and Handling misconduct cases before being submitted to the JBB.
  5. The manuscript has been read and approved by all listed authors.
  6. The Corresponding Author and the contributors of the manuscript are advised to be registered at the journal website to keep their names in the manuscript bio-sketches.
